About This Business
Nestled in the little community of Delbarton, WV, the Delbarton Inn offers guests immediate access to the Hatfield McCoy Trail System. There is a trailhead two miles from downtown Delbarton and a HM Trail link easily accessible in the town. Trail riders are street legal in the municipality and can access either site easily. Delbarton offers access to the Devil Anse Trail, Buffalo Mountain Trail and Rockhouse Trail.
The Delbarton Inn itself is a small, privately operated motel. Both street and off street parking is available to our guests and we do offer a security monitored parking area for all vehicles. Most rooms offer double full size beds and free internet. There is a large rocking chair deck where guests can sit back and relax as well as some good “old fashion” porch swings that are inviting.
Delbarton, WV is a small community, steeped in a coal mining heritage for over a century. The town is pretty quiet except on weekends when the Delbarton Opry House brings in local musical talent for our rendition of Bluegrass, Country, Rock and Southern Gospel. Admission is free.
Nearby restaurants are the 3 C’s Diner at the Historic Elk Creek Bridge, Hillbilly Diner located three miles at Taylorville, Canada’s Deli, Mr. T’s Pizza and Columbo’s Pizza. You are fifteen minutes from the Southside Mall in Williamson and twenty minutes from the Fountain Place Mall in Logan.
Come join us, sit back, relax, ride the trails and gather yourself while you enjoy the Hatfield McCoy Trail System.
