Skyland is a mountaintop retreat with three lodging units on a 16 acre wooded tract. Each facility - Skyland Farmhouse, Hawk's Nest, and Bear's Den Cabin - is described separately in this website with amenities and nightly rates. Skyland ATV Retreat is located near hundreds of miles of wilderness trails for all skill levels of ATV riding. It is directly on the Hatfield & McCoy Indian Ridge trail system. It is also located on a state highway for easier wintertime access. All our facilities are Health Department approved and are clean, comfortable and affordable. Each facility has electric heat and air, bed and bath linens furnished, and Direct TV service. Two facilities have complete kitchens and living rooms. A picture is worth a thousand words.
