The space
A 16×20 Screened-in Porch houses an outside dining table with lighted fan, a remote work station, a compact refrigerator and two recliners and chairs. A new gas grill sits on an attached deck enhanced by a fire pit and a double-seated swing. Inside is a king, queen, full and twin sized-bed with a futon and blown-up mattress. Full size kitchen and bath and laundry unit is present. Hair dryers, an iron and board and vacuum are provided. Four TVs, a variety of DVDs, Board games, Corn Hole, Horse Shoes, Volleyball. The inside is immaculate. Extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, soap, hair dryers, laundry unit, recliners and rockers are present. Numerous beds are present in varying sizes along with a futon and air mattress. The kitchen has pots and pans, mixing bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, cleaning supplies, a large dining table and a supplied coffee nook. The spacious living room has 5 reclining units; a couch, and love seat and recliner. A 60inch TV accommodates streaming and lots of DVD’s. WIFI allows streaming on all TVs and texting and calling. Guest access
A keyless finger pad lock, with private code, allows secure and safe access to and from A&B Trail House. The front driveway allows you to enter the front door or drive around the residence to a lighted carport which allows access to the back door by way of a screened-in porch. Either access has sensors lighting and pad locks keeping your personal belongings safe and secure.
Other things to note
Inside you will find an extra supply of pillows and blankets, closets with hangers, irons and hair dryers and extra cooking units. A Coffee Nook offers a new Keurig and Mr. Coffee with all amenities. The gas grill is always clean with tank filled and the fire pit has free wood and starter supplies.
