Built in 2019, The Highwater Inn is conveniently located in Mullens just a little over one mile from The Hatfield-McCoy trail system and the newly constructed Coal Fields Expressway. The inn accommodates up to 10 guests and provides free Wifi, a kitchen, three showers, two decks, and an outdoor area with a picnic table, chairs, and fire pit . Parking is plentiful for several vehicles, ATVs, and trailers with gas available just a few hundred yards away. Multiple restaurants are just a short ride or walk away.

In regards to the permits, I can arrange to leave permits at the inn for guests.  I also own an independent pharmacy in town, hence the hours listed, where permits can be picked up in person as well at 224 Howard Ave.
