Open Trail Lodging is open for business/fun and welcomes you to the beauty, peace, adventure and hospitality of our mountains in WV.  Thank you for veiwing our website.

For your convenience we have 2 units, Hillbilly Mansion and Red Barn Loft.  Hillbilly Mansion has 3 bedrooms (linens provided) sleeps up to 12 people, Kitchen fully equipped (just bring the food), dining area, living room (dish tv, internet access, and nationwide calling), 2 full baths (towels provided) and a laundry room (detergent provided).  Front and back decks, BBQ gas grill, and fire pit (free firewood provided).  SORRY, NO PETS!!!  This unit is Wheelchair Accessible.

Red Barn Loft is now complete and OPEN!

We are open year round and strive to make your visit to WV’s ATV/dirt bike paradise the best possible experience.  Park your vehicle in our parking area and ride 4.3 miles to Buffalo Mountain Trailhead.  Come and enjoy all the Hatfield-McCoy Trail has to offer.  Just bring the FUN!!!

We are an authorized vender to seel Hatfield-McCoy permits and merchandise.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, cashier checks, and cash.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!
