Kimball ATV Hideaway is centrally located to the southern trail system!!  You can ride directly from the cottages to the Pinnacle and Warrior connector.  We offer 4 cottage 2 in Kimball and 2 others in Eckman which is closer to the Indian Ridge Connector in Northfork.  The cottages are fully furnished including linens and towels.  Each location is fenced in and secure with plenty of flat parking. Built in 2019, The Highwater Inn is conveniently located in Mullens just a little over one mile from The Hatfield-McCoy trail system and the newly constructed Coal Fields Expressway. The inn accommodates up to 10 guests and provides free Wifi, a kitchen, three showers, two decks, and an outdoor area with a picnic table, chairs, and fire pit . Parking is plentiful for several vehicles, ATVs, and trailers with gas available just a few hundred yards away. Multiple restaurants are just a short ride or walk away. In regards to the permits, I can arrange to leave permits at the inn for guests.  I also own an independent pharmacy in town, hence the hours listed, where permits can be picked up in person as well at 224 Howard Ave. If you need any further information please let me know.

Hills and Thrills ATV and Sports Lodge is a two and a half story house with four bedrooms, three baths, two fully equipped kitchens, a great room with TV and dining area and a family style sitting room. We also have a balcony designated for smoking. We have parking for up to eight trucks and trailers and a fire pit and wash area. There is free WiFi and flat screen TVs in each bedroom. We provide bed linens, towels and start-up supplies including toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags. We can accommodate a group of 12 guests. Hills and Thrills is located between the ATV friendly towns of Welch and Kimball in McDowell County. We set at the entrance of Carswell Hollow where you can ride your ATVs to have direct access to four trail heads which include the Indian Ridge, Pinnacle, Warrior and Pocahontas.

The Bear Cave is an 18 person rental in the ATV-friendly town of Mullens, WV. Just 20 minutes off exit 42 of I-77 and the newly constructed Expressway Highway 121, the Bear Cave is conveniently located with easy access to the Pinnacle Creek Trails of the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System. The Pinnacle Creek trail also connects with 3 other trail systems, Warrior, Indian Ridge and Pocahontas which gives you over 400 miles of trails in total! With an abundance of parking and in a safe neighborhood, it is a perfect setting for an enjoyable vacation in the mountains with family and friends.
